DAY 01  - HANOI ARRIVAL – HALF DAY CITY  TOUR (B, L, D)

Welcome to Hanoi airport!

Once you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by our driver and you will be taken to Hanoi city center. Early check in at hotel and relax.

Today,, visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex where the great President Ho Chi Minh rests in peace. We will visit the traditional stilt house and the respected One-Pillar Pagoda, the special pagoda with particular structure. Leaving here, we will transfer to thousands-year-old.

Then visit narrow streets of the Old Quarterknown for its ‘36 streets of 36 wares’. Explore the fascinating maze of back streets, discover your bargaining power, and come away with unusual items that will always remind you of this memorable afternoon. Cap off your trip by wandering around the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake “Lake of the Returned Sword”, named after a magical sword once used by the most revered heroes to defeat the Chinese Ming Dynasty and then returned to the Golden Turtle God of the lake.   Having a traditional Water Puppet Show performed. Lunch and dinner at restaurants.

Then transfer  back to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 02 - HANOI - HALONG BAY - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B,L,D)

Our driver meet you at hotel and transfer to Halong. NO guide for this transfer.

Arrive at Le Regina Royal waiting lounge in Halong International Harbour, enjoy welcome drink and express check-in before boarding.

Transferred to La Regina Royal Cruise by a tender boat, enjoy Welcome Drink from crew member while manager introduce the safety briefing and clearing our the itinerary.

Let your vacation start with a delicious lunch set menu in restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Halong Bay – a natural wonder of the world, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone

Your first excursion is a visit to Luon Cave. This is considered as one of the most ideal places in Halong for kayaking or rowing boat. After that, you will visit Titov Island, where you can go swimming or hike to the top for another stunning, panoramic view of the Bay.

Return to the cruise and enjoy the Bay sunset while enjoying the “Happy Hour” special. You may also join our chef in the kitchen to learn how to make traditional spring rolls.

Enjoy our special dinner in the restaurant or on the sundeck (if the weather is permit).

After dinner, it’s your choice for a fun squid fishing, spa (surcharge) or relaxing.

 

DAY 03 - HALONG - HANOI – FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY (B,BR, D)

Greet the new day on the sundeck with Tai Chi Exercise.

Light breakfast is served at the restaurant.

After the breakfast, Your next excursion is a visit to the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, where you can take in the panoramic views across Halong Bay.

Come back to La Regina Royal Cruise. Check out of the cabin.

Vietnamese cuisine buffet is served at the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.

Disembark at the harbor.

Meet the driver and you are being transferred to the airport (without a tour guide) to take a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh city.

Once you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide. Dinner at restaurant.

Transfer to hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 04 - CU CHI TUNNEL - MEKONG DELTA (B, L, D)

You will transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels – the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime. This fantastic network stretches over 250 km and is the shelter of Vietnamese soldiers during the wars. The system was served as communication routes, storage facilities, hospitals and living areas for Vietnamese fighters throughout the war. Take your time to descend into the tunnels to discover the wonderful tunnels and the harsh conditions of Vietcong guerrillas. Back to the hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Then depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around the country lane and see orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which is performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.

Ride a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

Afterwards, you will be back to Ho Chi Minh City.  Lunch and dinner at restaurants. Overnight at the hotel

 

DAY 05 - HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR - FLY TO PHNOM PENH (B, L, D)

You are free to relax, shopping around the city. Room is available up to 12:00.

08:30 Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum, the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.

Our driver will pick up and transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh for your departing flights.

Upon arrival at Phnom Penh Int’s Airport, process immigration procedure (visa on arrival is available or obtain in advance via www.evisa.gov.kh ), then get your luggage and walk straight to the Exit Gate where our guide is waiting. After self-introduced, you’ll transfer directly around 40 minutes to the hotel (check in time is 2pm).

Lunch and dinner at restaurants. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

 

DAY 06 - PHNOM PENH’S PAST & PRESENT (B, L, D)

Breakfast at your hotel.

Visit to the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver. Continue to National Museum, the distinctive red building with a beautiful Khmer architecture was built since 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, bronze, silver, copper, wood and others. Travelers will proceed to visit Independence Monument, which was constructed in 1954 after Cambodian took their country back from French colony.

At noon, we’ll visit Phsar Thmey “The Central Market”, a large market constructed in 1937 in the shape of a dome with four arms branching out into vast hallways with countless stalls of goods. The four wings of this gigantic yellow dome are teeming with stalls that sell goods ranging from gold and silver, antique coins, money exchange, books, flowers, food, fabrics, shoes, souvenirs, seafood and countless other products. Next, we head to visit Wat Phnom “Mountain Pagoda” is a Buddhist temple that symbolizes the name of Phnom Penh, located on the hill. According tolegend, the first pagoda on this site was erected in 1372 to house four statues of Buddha deposited here by the waters of the Mekong River and discovered by Lady Penh. Wat Phnom is the most popular place for local people come to play healthy spot or praying for their good luck as well as admire the sundown.

In late afternoon, enjoy Join Sunset Cruise on Mekong a to view Royal Palace over river, it bursts into 4 branches.

DAY 07 - PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP  (B, L, D)

After breakfast, pick up by bus company and take shuttle bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Upon arrival at Siem Reap bus station, meet our guide and transfer to hotel for check in.

We will enjoy a boat ride on the Tonle Sap Lake. This is the largest permanent fresh-water lake in South East Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen  & floating village; with floating schools, floating police station, etc. It is same as a big village floating on the lake, and the village move from place-to-place following water levels and current.

Lunch and dinner at restaurants. Overnight in Siem Reap.

 

DAY 08 - ANGKOR HIGHLIGHT B SIEM REAP (B, L, D)

Enjoy breakfast at hotel.

We drive to Angkor Thom that was the masterpiece of King Jayavarman VII. Following the occupation of Angkor by the Chams from 1177 to 1181, the new king decided to build an impregnable fortress at the heart of his empire. We begin to visit Bayon Temple. At the exact center of Angkor Thom, this is an eccentric expression of the creative genius and inflated ego of Cambodia’s most celebrated king. Photo stop at Terrace of the Leper King. Along the Terrace of Elephants, originally used as a viewing gallery for the king to preside over parades, performances and traditional sports. At the southern end lies the Baphuon, once of the most beautiful temples at Angkor, dating from the reign of Uditayavarman 1 in the 11 th century.

Visit the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The magnificent roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that you may remember forever.

We journey out to the mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Believed to be the world’s largest religious building, this temple is the perfect fusion of symbolism and symmetry and a source of pride and strength to all Khmers.

DAY 09 - GOODBYE CAMBODIA (B)

Room available to 12:00. Transfer to Siem Reap airport for departure to next destination. It’s time to say goodbye, we thank you for traveling with us and warmly welcome you to come again.
